Since many items are handmade, once they are sold it may take up to 6 weeks for a replacement. One-of-a-kind items may be “duplicated,” but only at the discretion of the artist.
Two Red Dogs will not sell or give away information that you have provided to us. Our mailing list is used only for our internal e-mail. If you have questions or would rather not receive e-mail please let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

If you are on the Two Red Dogs mailing list, you’ll be among the first to receive information about upcoming features, specials and events that are occurring online. If at any time you wish to remove yourself from the mailing list just click ‘unsubscribe’ and we’ll remove your e-mail within 2 weeks from all future mailings. We do not sell or give our mailing list away to other parties, nor do we use 3rd party mailing lists. If you feel you’ve received correspondence in error, please let us know.
Two Red Dogs provides unique gift wrapping for our products. For items sent to a different billing address, we will always provide a ‘gift invoice’ that does not include prices. An invoice with pricing will be sent separately to the billing address.
Giftwrap is available for $6.95 on most items. If you wish to have a note written, we provide that free of charge. Just indicate in the ‘Special Instructions’ section what you would like the note to say. Due to size or shape of certain items it may not be possible to use a gift box. We will do our best to insure that your gift is delivered in the most attractive manor possible. You’ll be able to choose a giftwrap option on individual products.
Sales Tax is charged for all items based on Arizona tax law.
Prior to submitting your order for processing, an itemized total will be shown, including product cost and sales tax. Shipping is free for all items.
If your item has been damaged during shipping or has a defect, we will make every effort to replace it. Please call us at 480.267.4853 to arrange for a new item to be shipped to you. Please note, since many products are handmade and/or one of a kind, identical replacement may not be possible.
We understand that many of our products need to be seen and touched to truly appreciate them. For purchases made online there is a 30-day return policy from the date of shipment. Shipping cost is nonrefundable and we do not provide return shipping. ***Please note that outbound shipping costs on items that originally received promotional free shipping will be charged at the time of return.
Holiday Returns: Since we know that many purchases made from November 1st to December 15th may be for the December holiday gift-giving season, returns for these purchases will be accepted until January 20th.
Please ship the item(s) back to us in their original packaging and we will credit your account as soon as we receive the item.
