Amy Leiner began designing jewelry as a hobby in the basement of her home in Weston, Connecticut. During her March Trade Show in Los Angeles, she was discovered by the stylist and costume designer for the “Pussycat Dolls”, the Carman Elektra famed Vegas Show, will feature Amy Leiner Designs. Her most recent celebrity followers are, the late night E-TV hostess, Chelsea Handler and Las Vegas superstar, Celine Dion.
The company has designed exclusive pieces for Film, Television and Broadway. Credits include: the CW network’s “Modern Men”, Showtime’s “Barbershop” and the 2005 New Line Cinema blockbuster, Wedding Crashers and Something’s Gotta Give. Other Television credits include CBS, the Martha Stewart show, and decorating a variety of news anchorwomen. For the Broadway opening of the musical “Brooklyn”, Amy Leiner designed a one-of-a-kind necklace around an heirloom pendant for the musical’s star, Eden Espinosa.
